Everything in Rankwise SEO Toolkit, plus:
wp rankwise).By default this plugin does not send data to any outside service. When an administrator connects Google Search Console, the site contacts Google using the OAuth client that administrator created:
accounts.google.com — sign-in and consentoauth2.googleapis.com — token exchange, refresh and revokewww.googleapis.com (Search Console API) — verified properties and search analyticsScope requested: read-only Search Console access (webmasters.readonly). Refresh tokens are encrypted on your site; disconnecting revokes the token at Google and deletes cached rows. The SEO audit fetches only your own site's URLs (loopback), which is not an outside service.
Nothing is sent to any other host. Nothing is sent to 007aj.com.
Rankwise SEO Suite stores its settings, the SEO fields and structured data you enter for posts, pages, terms and author profiles, the redirect rules you create, copies of the values an import replaced (so the import can be undone), a 404 log, an index of your published content used for internal-link suggestions, local business details, SEO audit findings and (only if you connect Google Search Console) an encrypted refresh token plus the clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position, page and search-query rows that Google returns, in your site's database.
It sets no cookies and does not record visitor IP addresses, user agents or anything else that identifies a visitor. Apart from Google Search Console (only when an administrator connects it), it makes no requests to any outside service.
The only personal data it can hold is linked to user accounts: the author-profile SEO title and description you type in (stored as user meta), and, for one day after you change the address of a published post, a per-user list of the old and new addresses so it can offer to add a redirect. The personal data export tool includes these values, and the personal data erasure tool removes them.
404 log: for addresses on your site that returned "not found", it records the address without its query string, the host name of the referring site (nothing else of the referring address), a hit count and the first and last time it was seen. Entries are deleted after 30 days by default (adjustable), the log is capped at 5,000 entries by default, and it can be cleared at any time.
Google Search Console (only if an administrator connects it): the site contacts Google using the Google OAuth client the administrator created. Google receives the administrator's sign-in and the site address; the plugin stores an encrypted refresh token and the clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position, page and search-query rows that Google returns, for up to the configured number of days. Search-query text is data about visitors' searches as reported by Google; it is stored on your site only and removed when you disconnect. While you are signing in, a short-lived one-time value is stored for your account so the return from Google can be checked; it expires in ten minutes.
SEO audit: requests only your own site's URLs.
Internal-link index: stores titles and tokenised terms from published content that is not password-protected and not noindex.
Role manager: capabilities are stored in WordPress role data.
Settings, SEO fields and structured data on content, redirect rules, import undo copies, the 404 log, the internal-link index, local business details, SEO audit findings and Search Console cache rows are not personal data and are not removed by the erasure tool. Connecting Search Console stores an encrypted token tied to the connecting administrator's Google account; disconnecting removes that token and the cached rows.
When you delete the plugin, nothing is removed unless you first tick "Delete all data when the plugin is deleted".
https://YOUR-SITE/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=rwss_gsc_callback).Requires the PHP sodium extension. If the OAuth client is in Testing mode, Google expires refresh tokens after about seven days.
Deleting the plugin removes Suite data only if you ticked "Delete all data when the plugin is deleted". If Rankwise SEO Toolkit is still installed, shared data is kept.
